Artifact
This is a reflection on the back of one of my lesson plans:
"I only ended up with 30 minutes of gym time, including travel time, therefore shortened class. Included handling and dribbling = too much. Next class focus on handling of hockey stick and moving without rondelle...move around in gym space while handling stick well, then add rondelle"
Self-Reflection and context of outcomes
Reflective practice by
writing a brief overview shortly after each lesson has proven to be
very beneficial for my teaching practice. This time of slowing down
to reflect helps me be objective while reviewing what went well and
what I will change or try different next time. My reflections have
and will progress my professional growth over time.

Self-reflection and context of outcomes
I loved this seminar and gained valuable and practical experience
to incorporate into the classroom. After spending six weeks teaching
math to my grade two class I wanted to go to this seminar to enhance
my math game skills. The instructor engaged us with both theory and
practice as we teachers became students. I identified math games as a
professional need and followed through to meet my needs with a valuable professional
development day for math k-3.
